The groundbreaking ceremony on March 13, 2023 marked the start of the construction phase for our residential project at Apollogasse 16+18 in Vienna's seventh district.
The ceremonial start of the construction phase was attended by the project participants from the construction company Rhomberg, the architectural office GERNER GERNER PLUS and the ÖBA Immopuls as well as the project team of WALTER IMMOBILIEN.
Completion of the residential building with a total of 63 residential units is scheduled for fall 2024.
