Eduardgasse wins CRYSTAL

The residential building project in Eduardgasse was awarded the DGNB certificate in gold and crystal.

The sustainability was assessed in the three pillars of ecology, economy and social responsibility. We are particularly proud of the additional award ÖGNI KRISTALL which stands for outstanding social sustainability.

It is already the second project development by WALTER IMMOBILIEN that is convincing in terms of sustainability. The certificate was presented by representatives of ÖGNI to the project manager Martin Koza and the team of architects from GERNER GERNER PLUS. We would like to thank everyone involved.
