„The art of living“ – that’s the motto of Eduardgasse 6-10 where one of our most exciting projects in 2022 celebrated its completion. More than 60 people involved in the project (including architects, construction companies, professionals, real estate agents, property managers and WALTER GROUP employees) were convinced of the elaborateness of the interior and exterior design when touring and inspecting the 69 newly built apartments.
One of the many highlights of this property is definitely the running track on the roof which we unfortunately – due to the icy underground - only could visit but not test in a running mode. Back inside in the cosy warmth and provided with punch (gløgg) and delicious appetisers the staged apartment was then visited which gave a good idea of the excellent layout and the furnishing options of the apartments.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved who made the successful completion on November 30th possible and helped to create this elaborate place in Vienna’s 18th district.
