With the completion of the structural brickwork and the topping-out an important milestone was reached in the construction of the residential complex at Mollardgasse 50 in Vienna's 6th district. The construction company Rhomberg invited guests to the topping-out ceremony on this occasion where the celebration took place in proper style in the future underground car park.
In a relaxed atmosphere the construction progress of the property was visible and tangible: after the traditional speech an enjoyable darts tournament and the symbolic nail-hammering provided entertainment. Of course, there was also plenty of food and drinks offered and the guests enjoyed a rich warm buffet and a good glass of wine or beer to toast with.
The residential building with 54 attractive residential units and 22 parking spaces is now taking shape more and more. Completion is planned for summer 2025.
