This is the ideal place for all who love the combined concept of living and art. Already before the construction, the area was a lively and popular place for art lovers in Währing. Our aim was to keep this tradition alive. Therefore we created a building, which sets new standards for architecture within the Viennese “Neubaukultur-Scene”. The property EduART can almost be defined as an artwork in which you can live.
The promise of quality runs consequently through the whole building and is notable in every single apartment. We used high-quality materials and focused on the best features available including electronic shutters, underfloor heating, and custom-built kitchen units.
Along with the sustainability-built green area there is also a small running track on the roof of the building.
