Now, our residential property at Zieglergasse 52 can officially be called a certified property. Why? Because it was awarded the valuable DGNB certificate in gold by ÖGNI (Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management). Thereby setting another green milestone in the history of WALTER IMMOBILIEN. Lisa Buchinger, Project Manager and the team of Gerner Gerner Plus architects who have accompanied this project from day 0 and made the sustainable realisation possible are jointly responsible for this success. At this point we would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone involved.
