Now, our residential property at Zieglergasse 52 can officially be called a certified property. Why? Because it was awarded the valuable DGNB certificate in gold by ÖGNI (Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management). Thereby setting another green milestone in the history of WALTER IMMOBILIEN.
